As a parent corporation, ACIDC Global oversees a group of strategic business units (SBUs) designed to establish impactful ventures in key economic and geographic regions.
Each SBU operates within a sector where ACIDC has demonstrated strength, allowing us to scale operations efficiently while upholding excellence, compliance, and accountability. ACIDC Global retains ownership stakes in its frontier companies and provides centralized oversight through its Legal and Accounts departments—either through in-house teams or outsourced professionals assigned to each business unit.
Our mission is twofold:
- To empower frontier enterprises in Africa, the Caribbean, and beyond through sustainable business models.
- To create accessible investment platforms for both members and non-members who believe in shared prosperity and purpose-driven entrepreneurship.
Strategic Expansion
We have initiated operations in high-potential markets such as Nigeria, Singapore, and Tanzania—with plans to expand across other African and Caribbean nations.
As a first strategic move, ACIDC has launched the Investment Group (IG)—a dynamic platform open to eligible investors under clearly defined terms and conditions.
The IG serves as a Strategic Watershed Forum for:
- Entrepreneurial innovation
- Dignity in labor
- Responsible wealth creation
- Leveraging talent, technology, networks, and goodwill
- Designing replicable models and action plans for self-reliant and prosperous business ecosystems

To create a membership, roll that will enable members to take advantage of a competitive edge, easy access to finance, the local market, the economics of scale, investment advice, land administration, local support, cost efficiency, and buy-in to shared projects for mutual economic benefit.
